Return Process

    Log into your Dawsons account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
